Online application for online check-in, check-out, additional service upselling, automated mailings before and after the stay, implemented CRM system and work with the guest database, pairing the client's e-mails directly into the booking details, sending confirmations and notification to clients directly from the system and a number of other practical tools bring you a whole range of benefits that you will not find in traditional systems. You do not pay for a number of external applications, you have everything clearly in one complex system. And what is important, we provide you with real feedback. When planning new hotel products, you will use the data that we will clearly display in our system. You will sell what people are really looking for.

Video instructions for working with the system are always available in the footer. If you need our help, we can provide you with the initial setup of the system and set it up for you.

Yes, we can connect and set up rooms and price categories for you. In the foot of the system there is again a video demonstration of how these settings can be set yourself. However, you can contact us at any time and we will set up the connection with the portals for you. If you create access to your extranets for us, we will also check the correct connection on both sides.

We do not charge you a standard commission for direct reservations from your website (via our Booking engine tool). The entire value of the reservation remains at the hotel. If you need closer cooperation and help with setting prices and price variants, you can move the sales settings to us. We will regularly optimize your direct sales and prices on online portals to maximize your availability and direct bookings. With such close cooperation, we will agree on a% commission for the generated direct reservations. Also, if you would like to use our system for free and do not prefer a flat fee for the system. Not at all. Ellipse cloud is modular and only you can tell which of our functionalities you want to use. You can use e.g. purely Booking engine for direct bookings and get our channel manager completely free. You do not have to use invoicing or PMS module. It's all about your needs. By default, we launch the new system within one working day from the date of signing the contract.

We never force our clients to use Ellipse. When you simply ask us to deactivate the system we will deactivate it at the end of the month.
